Coming up soon, we are flying down to Orlando for a cruise out of Port Canaveral on the Norwegian Sun for my birthday. To save a little money, we picked up a “hacker fare” from Kayak and are flying down on American and back Spirit. This will be my first time on Spirit and I’m interested to see how it will be. Because I fly on low cost airlines quite a bit, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect personal item. In the past when I’ve flown with Frontier Airlines, I’ve used my Vera Bradley Weekender as a personal item. But, truth be told, when that bag is full, it is murder on my shoulder! So, I’ve been looking for a bag that can hold a lot while still being easy to carry. To be honest, that search hasn’t yielded many options until I came across the Kenneth Cole Reaction Brooklyn Commuter backpack on Amazon.
It is the perfect size and shape for a personal item and had all of the features I was looking for! I will be testing it out on this trip, so be on the lookout for an update after I’ve gotten a chance to use it. But, as of right now, it’s almost perfect for the needs that I have right now. Fingers crossed!
